Established in 1996, Patrick Fahn Architect lnc. (PFA) has been providing innovative and quality architectural and interior design services for both public and private sector clients.

PFA's areas of expertise include space planning, feasibility studies, corporate interior architecture, multi-disciplinary logistical planning, and the coordination/project management of large scale renovation projects involving multiple locations and phases, ranging from 1,000 ft2 to well over 300,000 ft2 in size over 8 floors and separate buildings.

In recent years, PFA' has participated in numerous  challenging barrier-free accessibilty retrofit projects in different types of existing buildings and facilities, including heritage buildings, all are in full compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requirements as well as heritage preservation directives.
